I'm using voipdiscount and the countries you can make free call
How much money you have put down to make unlimited free calls at those 51 countries? How much you need to put down initially? How much you need to top up every 4 months? If you keep the service for one year, how much you need to pay?

I just put 10 Euro and only make calls to countries that are free. So I still have the 10 Euro in my account and can make any number of calls without any time restriction. Again, I'm not promoting any of these services here. So do your research before spending your money. :)
Alternatively you could use voip user which is free. Check the tutorial thread for details on that.

According to their web site, This credit deposit will stay untouched as long as you are calling the free destinations and remains valid for 120 days after your last purchase (unless stated otherwise).
How long have you been with them? It looks like you have to top up your account every 120 days regardless. Just like with "pay as you go" (prepaid) cell phone
