I have tried this program out and find it VERY slow, much to blame of the .NET Framework, I bet. I'll be finding a native code RSS app.

What type of device are you using ? How much RAM and storage space do you have ?

Sorry, should have explained better. I have an Axim Advance, 400Mhz. I currently (after soft-reset) have 17.6MB Program memory free.

It's not bad on my father's X51v. Still don't particularly care for the interface, but that's just my opinion. Keep developing, I'll be back when you update.

I gave up on Hubdog cos it kept slowing down and crashing on my X50v both with Win2003 and WinMob5. both had about 21-23MB of free system ram. I went with a beta PodCaster off of sourceforge... ppcPodCast that is much smaller and works much better. Though it doesn`t have picture support right now.

Hmm Downloaded it and it stinks

I spend almost 1 hr downloading all the stuff they recommended i should download. And when i finally get done, i want to enjoy the software. i see the programs and then i click on the link, it needs to get to the internet.

Then the funny part is, the video,... when i click on them, either my mp3 program opens up so i only hear audio...

and never the TCMP program that they have you download all the god forsaken plugin's for...

Well i uninstalled it this morning..b/c one i was having trouble w/ my internet connection and axim conntion kept failing... blaming the new program for it. i uninstalled it.

Otherwise, i really don't know how to rate this program. But it did disappoint me. It really did not do what they said it would do. unless i need to reconfigure certain things.... but otherwise it was a waste of my time really.. and now i have these additional headache of fixing my computer b/c it's slower than before...

I must add, whenever i had the hubdog running my memory would go from 27.6 free down to 11.0 free i couldn't explain that and the only way i could get it back to 27 would be to do a soft reset. I don't think i want to do that everytime...

WORKS GREAT a must have

IT Was pretty slow at first, but when they updated it last night and the new update was downloaded. OMG, Faster, more responsive and best yet FREE

I personaly talked to the creator and he says that he will update the program now every week or 2

Later they hope to incorporate TCPMP into the program making it a MEDIA CENTER

THey Need more work on it, but what can u say, it is still in the beta testing stages

but by the end of this year we will see a finished media center that downloads the podcast at top speed, or stream the podcast right off the same programs

but over all 3 out Of 5 stars for a beta test anyway

JUst Wait and see the great success that will come from the early stages and feedback from the user,

u can even go to the sites forum and ask for features u want to see

Those that dont Kno will Find out...................

This app is actually starting to grow on me. Initially I wasn't feel'n it because it was slow and unresponsive but I stuck it out and I'm begging to appreciate the downloaded podcasts, and videos and pictures that I didn't even realize that it was doing.

I actually can listen to a little bit of ESPN Radio and I don't even know the station on my dial. Anyways...I will report more when I find out more.
