hmm.. iLauncher is looking more and more like Spb P+ with all the new features (close menu, safe mode, power off, soft reset etc.). I'll have to give this another try. Spb P+ can export the shortcut settings. I wish iLauncher had the feature to import this file. This would make it easier for us long time Spb P+ users to convert.

I'm just an ilauncher user and this upgrade looks awesome. My problem is I won't have time to play with all the new settings and I'll have to forgo my cup of coffee and a cookie for th upgrade cost! can't wait.
Has anyone tried the new version with other Today screen add-ons?
I use Wisbar Advance 2 (which also has a 'real close' feature, resets, etc.) and TodayWarrior (soft reset etc.). Does anyone know if these all play nice together. I had to remove MagicButton, due to incompatibilities.

Hi BaronStaring :)
I'm not using WA2 my self since I've upgraded to WM5 but I've read this reply on our forums on the new release thread from Callmemoe that says both applications working together for him without any problem - but of course he disabled iLauncher's task manager features since those also exists with WA2 :)

Hi akheron :)
Unfortunately we don't have an option like this up to date :/ I think you are the first to suggest such feature, so this is definitely something that we can check out and work on. I'll ask Jason to check this out and see what he thinks on adding this with upcoming iLauncher updates (3.0.1 and so on...)
What do other users think? Any additional users that would like to see something like this added too? :)

I just un-installed P+ and Wisbar Lite to give this a fair showing. So far I like the lower memory hit and it seems to be a little quicker. While importing the settings would be nice, one time, being able to add multiple icons at a time would be more beneficial, to me, at least. Now if we could only get Pocket Weather as a tab

I don't necessarily need an import function from P+, although like akheron says, that would make it really easy for P+ users to easily switch over.
What I'm more concerned about is being able to place icons arbitrarily in each of the tabs in iLauncher (in this regard, iLauncher has always really frustrated me - I try and customize a tab, and when I move one icon, all the rest of them move around too. P+ is really good about letting users put icons wherever they want).
The other thing that I want to see (and maybe this has been fixed - I haven't been able to download the new iLauncher version yet) is quick d-pad navigation. Earlier versions of iLauncher always had delays (200-300 ms) between when the button was pressed, and when the selected icon was switched. For someone like me who uses a launcher so that I don't have to pull out my stylus, the delay really hurts.
Anyhow, just posted the same thing on the forums at sbsh, so no need to reply to it here...

So I'm guessing he is using iLauncher for the tab-based Today screen plugin, safe mode etc. I hope this helps :)
Uh Uhm...She is using iLauncher for the tab based... ;) (A friend of mine insists on giving his female friends male nicknames and they just stick).
I still have not had any conflicts between the two since posting earlier today but I will add to that to say I did not have any problems when the two ran together for a few minutes after install before I disabled iLauncher's task management. It was always suggested when using WA2 with Pocket Plus to disable P+'s task management so I just assumed the same with iLauncher. I may enable iLauncher task manager just to see what happens. But I can definitely say that there have been no problems with WA2 with iLauncher task management disabled.
By the way, this new release of iLauncher is really great. It seems a lot quicker even with the plethora of new features.

Actually I suggested this a while back on the iLauncher suggestions forum (SBSH forum). I'd love to see this feature added to iLauncher. I just counted that I have 203 (yes you read it right!) shortcuts under 9 custom made tabs on my spb p+ so I can't possibly add them all manually on iLauncher.
