My main objective was to be used as carputer. See the link below at my signature.
You can also use it as desktop, or to increase hand held funtions.

Having the connector you can plug everything, a simple dipole antenna, a parabolic reflector or a very large RF power amplifier. It is up to you.

Just the plain fact that somebody's brain can envision and complete such a modification is amazing. :approve: If you want to market something like the Aximizer as opposed to make it for yourself, I'd make a modification to a product that is current and has a forseeable future.

On a personal note, I find the Axim X51v too slow to even pretend it's a computer. I'm happy with it's performance out of the box. Now, if the prices come down on the those micro computers like Sony's, maybe I'd step away from the PDA platform.
