Yeah that's what I'm talking about! CoreCodec _finally_ made it! After a few harsh situations, they finally released something that's even BETTER than TCPMP! Yeah, baby, yeah!

I knew they'd make it and voilá, here it is. CorePlayer that they don't need to be asamed about!

Yours sincerely,
Vulpix

Whens the windows version coming out? I really would love to have something like tcpmp on windows, especially on my older pcs, b/c it will proably be a lot more stable than wmp.

That is one killer combo. For free, you would be able to encode and decode any type of codec there is out there. If the K-lite codec pack can't suffice you, go for the k-lite mega codec pack.

VLC with this does the job too.

I'm still using TCPMP. You cant browse files over a network with Coreplayer. With TCPMP, i could type into the open field "//*my computer name*". I cant do it with TCPMP. Also, there isnt a way of setting Coreplayer as your default media player. Annoying!!!

Just go into CP's settings, it's under file associations. Check what you want CP to open with. Same as TCPMP.

Still the freaking WM5 softkey-mindless-useless-waste-of-real-estate type of menus!

(I stole your emoticon glenn ;))

As much as I enjoy using Coreplayer, TCPMP is still staying and will until they put AC3 in it.
