Cash, but not so much anymore. Credit cards, membership cards, insurance cards, Driver's License, and a few reciepts.

I keep important things like family photos and contact info on my Axim!

For me it a list of phone numbers of my family and friends, a list of their birthday's and email addresses, business cards of my best associates, my own business card, photo, cash in the local currency, and some Euros, a few postage stamps, credit card, student card, Air miles card, a few odd receipts and to be paid bills.
