Santa brought me lounge pants, pajamas, socks, etc. Santa also brought me gift cards to a few place. My wife bought me a couple Daniel Moore Prints. ( Daniel Moore is to Alabama Football, what Thomas Kincaid is to modern painting ) This is an image of my favorite of the two prints I got. It is called "The Catch". It was an over the back catch that the University of Alabama's, Tyrone Prothro made last year. This catch was the 2006 ESPY Award for Best Play beating out four other nominees.
My wife got a lovely ring and a digital photo frame and lots of other goodies. My kids got a bunch of needed items and some they don't need. One thing missing this year was technology. There was nothing really purchased that fits in the category of gadgets. I did purchase a lot of toys in December, so I guess we could say that was Christmas, but....

I got the just released 14 (yes 14) disc set of Superman movies. It is amazing!!!

I had an very good Christmas weekend filled with excellent gifts. Money, bunch of clothes, new GPS for the Axim x51v- iGuidance 3.0 w/ Holux 236 receiver, car mount w/ speaker. So yeah I got the whole works I absolutely love it! Oh yeah and a 6gb pocket drive. So all in all, I don't think I could've asked for much more, but still have some gifts coming from my girlfriend of 5 years when she gets back home And she'll be getting an ipod and a new RING :hide:

Got a nice DVD player from the wife (Memorex) to replace the one that was in there that broke a few months ago. Got a nice Microsoft wireless mouse from my Mother and Father In-Law ... one less wire in that rats nest behind my desk at the house!
I got a Samsung Blackjack that I have to figure out how to use. I also got to put batteries in way too many of my kids Xmas toys. I need stock in Energizer
I got a model 2000A Sherline mill. Absolutely cool as can be. I make minature models and I've been using a lathe for years and now the kids have moved out and this baby moved into the shop.
