I already have Vista Ultimate, It is turning out to be one heck of a challenge. First off, I installed it on my Dell XPS Gen2 computer. Dell's compatibility program failed my 2.MHz machine with 2gb memory. MS said it will work. Hmmm slowed it down a lot. But I love a challenge, I have made some adjustments and now it is running twice as fast as when installed. But not fast or solid enough. So if anyone is interested in winning this, make sure you have a faster machine to keep it going. Now as far as MS office 2007. I tested the BETA and I like it, but my Office Suite 2003 works just fine. Except of course Outlook, only version that is 100% compatible with Vista is Outlook 2007. So I had to buy that, was cheaper to get it separate than as a Suite. So good luck, with it. Hope this little info gives someone here the ambition to try harder to win.
Why so many CDs? How does it compare to SuSE Linux 10.x?
