Very impressive looking screen caps... anyone have an idea if the Tomtom software will work with a Pharos iGPS receiver?

All GPS Receivers (Compact Flash, Serial, and Bluetooth) that support either NMEA (0183v2) or SiRF is fully compatible with TomTom Navigator.

Baud rate range supported under these 2 protocols are 4800 to 115200.

TomTom looks very promising. Has anybody found a review from th USA yet? All I can find are UK reviews. I'm interested in the US maps and how they work. Please post site if you find any, thanks, Cory

What bundle did you get .. I was considering the Bluetooth but they kept pushing the date of release and I just looked and some of the TomTom packages are still expecting 7/9/03 ship date ..

Seems you picked the right bundle to get :)

Thanks StanH...ANYTHING is better than nothing...a little tidbit to hold me over. I have the Pharos system now...but I think this GPS thing could be so much more...so I will read and re-read until I see what's best. Thanks again. Cory
