With all the hype about the iPhone and the news reports of long lines appearing throughout the country, I decided to drive down to the local AT&T store to see what it was like.  There was a line of about 50 people when I arrived about 30 minutes before the sales began and it continued to grow.  Not everyone was able to get a device ... not enough in stock but my guess is that they will be replenishing the stock as soon as possible.

While I was there, I met two great guys, Greg and Hadley from iphonematters.com.  They were #1 and #2 in the line.  Greg said he arrived at 9:30 the evening before ... and he did look tired!  In any event, after you see the video, these guys took a slew of pictures of the experience so head over to iphonematters.com if you want to see them!
