I take my X50v everywhere it's physically possible to take. An otterbox would be the final solution. We'd never need to part again.. :P

There is nothing better than an otterbox to protect own device from sand in a beach...

I need the extra protection because I want to install it on my motorbike handlebars. At the moment I carry my bt gps and pocket pc in the backpack, and headphones goes inside my helmet, so I can hear voice instructions, but not able to see any directions. Sad...

I'm a chef and I often have to use my ax in the kitchen to look things up, record stock, make notes and shopping lists, and when your up to your elbows in minced meat and want to make a quick entry, even though you wash your hands, they are still wet, not to mention protection from the inevitable flying food! It would be a nice alternative, to leave it on the bench next to me while I work.

As a forester who uses his Axim in the woods, it would be nice to have the protection that the Otterbox affords. This case would definitely extend the field-season of my X5.

I need the otterbox because I am hard on everything. My phone is in my pocket 24/7 and sometimes my ipod and other devices. Sometimes I am even riding a 4-wheeler with them, or driving a jeep through the deep stuff. I've broken more than a couple phones.

This would be great because I throw my ax in my backpack with all kinds of junk and I am afraid one day I'll pull it out and it will be broken!
And I have a 3 year old that watches movies on it...

Since I am in the Coast Guard, I constantly have my Axim near the water, wither close to the shore, or in a boat as I am taking notes, etc. An otterbox would ensure that this investment is not destroyed (as of right now, I don't use it as much as I would like, due to not wanting to risk it!)

Hi. My name is Paul. In my line of work, my Treo is a very important tool. I have it with me at all times. Sometimes, my working conditions get tough. That's why I need an Otterbox. Yes, the Otterbox. For rugged protection, there's nothing better. So remember. For those instances where the office water cooler might spill all over you - Otterbox!

*use only as directed

I need protection because I've missed my pocket a couple of times and my X50v has tumbled to the ground, lucky so far that nothing's been damaged, but I feel my luck is running out!

Thanks,

Gary

I need the protection for my PDA because when I'm walking around campus with it in my backpack I need to know that nothing is going to happen to it, and that even if my backpack accidentally gets dropped or kicked during a class my PDA will be ok.

I do really need one of these because I do a lot of Fly Fishing here in Chile, and for the sake of precaution I always leave my PDA at the Lodge loosing a lot of fun...

I use my Axim everywhere. I was using it in the kitchen last month and it got wet and fell and the screen shattered. This would prevent damage to my current Axim so I don't have to deal with Dell to send out a replacement unit.
