the::unwired got what appears to be the Vodafone 920 Windows Mobile Smartphone from a photo archive. Arne indicated that they had no information other than the fact that it is a Windows Mobile Standard smartphone and he thought it was gorgeous but I guess my title says what my first impression was ... oh well, maybe with more (and better) pictures, its appearance will change....
What was that old saying? Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder....
It's clear that it is a UMTS (most likely HSDPA) device because it also features a front facing camera (and most of Vodafone's new handset are UMTS devices nowadays) but that's it what I was able to figure out so far.
UPDATE: Sources close to Vodafone Germany told the::unwired, that the Vodafone 920 is manufactured by HTC (code name yet unknown) and that the 920 features quadband GSM/GPRS/EDGE as well as triband UMTS and HSDPA (up to 3.6 Mbps) and Bluetooth. WiFi wasn't yet confirmed. Furthermore, the Vodafone 920 is said to feature a 2 megapixel camera on the back and a VGA camera on the front.
