WOW, this is a very cool offering from UK based wireless network operator, The Cloud.  For a miniscule £3.99 (approximately $8) monthly, they will be offering a program called Cloud Unlimited Music.  This program is specifically for the iPod touch, and BTW, it is not subject to any minimum term contract ... cool!

iPod Touch users will be able to take advantage of the company's thousands of access points throughout the region to go online, downloading their favorite tunes without any hassle. The Cloud Unlimited Music plan will take off from today onwards, so if you're living in the UK, what are you waiting for?
