In honor of our friend Frenchy, back from his hiatus, who along with his bespectacled monkey avatar is quite the ubiquitous fixture, megaposter and administrator here at Aximsite, Warthog and I would like to dedicate this contest to his returning back to active duty.:approve:

Is it he Bonnet Macaque (Macaca radiata) (a macaque living in India)? This Old World monkey is a diurnal animal. It is 35-60 cm long plus a tail of 35-68 cm. Males weigh 5.5 to 9 kg., females 3.5 to 4.5 kg. It can live more than 30 years.The Bonnet Macaque feeds on fruits, nuts, seeds, flowers, invertebrates and cereals.Two subspecies of Bonnet Macaques have been identified: Macaca radiata radiata and Macaca radiata diluta.

They are diurnal (active all day long) arboreal (lives on trees and such)

After much research on my good friend Wiki, I agree with cbs01, in that Frenchy's AV is a Cebus capucinus.
