A Visual Tour of Android's UI @ Engadget

It's just another Mobile Phone OS, right. Windows Mobile, Symbian, Palm, etc... HTC is making a device on this platform, so I am interested in it's progress. Engadget has gotten the SDK and has thrown some screenshots from this emulator for all us to consume!

Thanks to the helpful Android OS emulator included with the SDK, we've been able to take a magical journey through Google's new mobile phone platform. We'll just tell you now... the ride was a bit familiar -- but hey, that's what the open source community is there for. Take a look at the gallery and feel the OHA vibes.

Hey, they use album flow for multiple web pages! And a finger-friendly touchscreen to scroll around a web page... sounds eerily familiar. That Sergei guy sounds like the Russian version of Christopher Walken.

If you look closely it looks like they have a rocker/scroll on the side of the device, a feature I have been asking for, for a while.

hahah i love it OS X on a pocket pc lol. i really hope that they can port it some how on the AXIM i would deff love that =]
