Recently I was able to get an HTC Touch to work with and have had a great experience with it.  Some features are just terrific and like many devices, some are just OK.  Over all, the experience has been very good and I would recommend this tiny device for someone who wants the power of Windows Mobile and yet a have a device that is small, yet comfortable to use.

So what I really liked was an email I received today from HTC ... a customer satisfaction survey.  It was HTC reaching out to their customers asking what they liked , what they didn't like and what needs to be improved to make your ability to Experience Mobility just a little better.  Kudos to HTC!

15 simple questions designed to improve HTC's ability to provide you with a better device, improved service and clearly to give you what you need and want so you will be a return customer ... HTC, I like it!  Of course, I am a believer in completing "short" surveys (and some long ones too).  Some times you get a big surprise after you complete a survey!
