Werner Ruotsalainen and a team of almost 100 Windows Mobile experts put in an incredible amount of time these past six months to determine the best Windows Mobile software. Werner spent countless hours expanding the category structure and then coming up with the initial list of nominees. Then our judges put in many, many more hours making nominee suggestions and then evaluating software.

Congratulations ctitanic!

Being a judge was a lot of work, but I had a great time discovering and exporing the software I reviewed. In my opinion, all the software that made it to the final list are winners, and you can't go wrong trying any of the applications out.
