I've been using the Touch for about a month and I like it and hearing that it is about to be upgraded with more memory is a great piece of news.  the::unwired reported T-Mobile plans to revise the RAM and ROM memory of its T-Mobile MDA Touch (aka the HTC Touch) but that T-Mobile declined to comment it. but Arne has said that it now seems official!

Arne also indicated thatO2 Germany is offering it's Xda nova as an 128 MB RAM/256 MB ROM upgraded version also. So when will we see it here in the USA?
