I got mine, but how do install the App.? I have WM2003 on an X5, I get a link to purchase and a link to uninstall, along with a Readme File that's usless.

I dowloaded the software to my flash drive to bring home because I was at work. However, The email I got also gave a link to the cab file. I downloaded the appropriate one to install form work to my X5 (wm03) and it works flawlessly.
I must of gotten stupid, I downloaded the EXE file, It states that it won't work on my device. I thought that I read WM2003. I guess, I should have downloaded the cab file, Too Late Now.

You have to run The exe file from your computer with pda connected via active sync
Did that, but it won't install. it says the on the AximX5, Program not supported on this device.
So, i have found a solution, I went to the WebIs site, and Downloaded the Upgrade? version 4, now it works on WM2003. I wonder if the 2005 or 2006 version will work. But, I finally Got one version to work, now if only WebIs sends me the Email with a Registration number.
I do find it interesting, that I am listed as having only 4 post. I was over 1500 post before Aximsite had a crash a few years ago. Then, I still had over 50 post when the merger happened. I haven't been around for awhile, so I guess, I will have to catch up to get back to 1500 post again. Check when I joined, Rsaturn9, you should remember me from back then. I used to help lots of newbie's with getting things working.
FYI, I was also a Site Contributor, I assume that was lost somewhere along the line.

I think we both must be stupid then, because I got the same message and had to go into the site and download it again. I still haven't received my reg either.
Hi Gigi, it's really been awhile, I remember your first review. I'm glad to see you made Legend Status.
Anyway, I tried the 2005 version and get the same error, "device not compatible". But the 2004 version seems to work well. Keep in mind that I have the WM2003 version of Operating System, not SE. That maybe my whole problem with the program.
Did everybody get there registration? I didn't. I just tried to access support from the link in the email from handango and it says page not available.
Did WebIs know handango was going to give PI away? hehe
