I currently have a Creative Zen Micro 6GB and I love it. I would love to have an iPod because of the additional storage space and the fact that it can play video.
I can fit all my CDs on an 80gb ipod. I honestly don't listen to music away from home, but this would be a great choice to get all my PC music to my home theater.
I don't have a music player exactly...I just use my Axim or my Phone, because I'm "...the little boy that Santa Claus forgot" to quote Nat King Cole. Okay, I'm not really, but it would be nice to have.
Sell it? Don't be ridiculous! I still have my Palm m100 for corn's sakes! Those gizmos I do decide to remove I either take to Goodwill or more frequently offer them up to needy folks via our local Freecycle.

I'm using my Sansa c250 currently only running 2.5GB. Having 30GB would be enough to carry a good portion of my collection which would help tremendously on my commute to school. I can't buy on my self since tuition is due and I definitely won't sell it.
I'm using a 1GB ipod nano along with my PDA with a 4gb memory card. 80 gigs would allow me to significantly clear up my PC's hard drive! Not to mention take my entire collection with me wherever I go!
Well I currently use a rca lyra i think it has 128 mb.
The real problem with it is I have to replace the batteries often. I have probably used more aaa batteries than the thing is worth. So I think this would be an awesome upgrade just for that reason alone and large storage would be really nice.
No I would not sell it I could always find a use for it.
Currently, I use my Dell Axim x51v as my mp3 player. I would love an iPod Classic 80 because my dell's battery power does not last as long as I would like and I cannot put as many mp3s as I would like.
I use my Axim x50v for a music player right now -- or mostly as a This American Life player, because I can't hold enough music on the storage cards, and I never really found a nice solution for syncing with iTunes. I've never had an iPod and would like to get back into listening to music more, plus I could organize my music collection on the road. So this would be just the thing! (and no, I wouldn't be selling it). Thanks!
I would use it for my new baby girl's room(6 weeks old today :approve:), right now I have a cd player to keep her "soothed" while the wife and I are trying to figure out our new sleep schedules. 80GB of classical/lullabyes would definetly do the trick...
I promise not to sell it until the wee lil un turns 18....
I of course prefer the Zune and I already have a few Zunes, but I've never owned an iPod and there are a "few" features that trump the Zune: i.e. can't you use the iPod as an external drive? So that is why I would like to use this iPod.
Plus, owning an iPod I could understand more fully which player is better.
Currently owning a white iPod video 30Gb (the first one released without the search function).
I could use the 80GB because my mp3 collection + podcasts aren't holding well on the mere 30GB, the battery sucks and there is no search function :(
I don't have any MP3 player. I'm just using my Axim for listening to some music, but battery lasts too little and SD cards storage space is so limited...:(
I guess you understand why I need an iPod with a huge HD. I've never had one in my hands, so I'm really excited!
I currently use a 30GB iPod, but my better half has taken to it and now is filling it with music that I don't like. I'm not sure I will be able to pry it from her and I'm less sure I even want to now that Celine Dion has tainted it.
If I win the wife can keep the 30GB and I will be sure to get a XMas present that I actually like. No chance that I will be selling it if I do get this prize.
