Voxred International, makers of the hugely successful Turbo Charge, iTurbo and TC2 lines of supplemental power products, will be launching two new products, the PowerBuddy and the SoundSender, at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, January 7-10 in booth 8559 in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
The PowerBuddy is a compact and lightweight rechargeable battery pack designed for cell phones, PDAs, the iPod, iPhone and portable gaming devices that uses self-contained 100% lithium ion batteries that can be re-charged at any wall outlet. The device features a folding hideaway plug without a bulky cord as well as built-in USB, cell phone and gaming ports. The PowerBuddy can charge up to two electronic devices simultaneously whether it’s standing alone or plugged into a wall outlet.
The PowerBuddy comes with 12 adapters designed for Motorola, Samsung, LG, Sanyo, Sprint, Kyocera, Audiovox, Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Blackberry and Palm One Treo cell phone and PDAs, the PSP, Game Boy Advance SP, Micro, DS and DS Lite portable gaming devices and most devices that charge via USB.
The SoundSender from Voxred is a Bluetooth-enabled voice conferencing unit that connects wirelessly to cell phones and PCs. The device features full-duplex speakerphone performance and professional sound clarity thanks to its exclusive VoxWave microphone technology. The SoundSender can record and playback conversations via an integrated memory card and can be used anywhere thanks to its integrated rechargeable 100% lithium ion batteries.
The PowerBuddy will retail for under $40 and the SoundSender will retail for under $150. Both products will be available at www.turbocellcharge.com and in select retail outlets in spring 2008.
