There is no doubt that laptops are now affordable, but which laptop do you buy now? The last 3 laptops i've purchased were impulse, closeout sale, buys under $600. I haven't been burned, but I could have been easily burned not knowing which laptops are rated the best. Well, have no fear Underdog is here.... wait, scratch that... PC World is here.
