Wow!! Talk about breathing new life into my Axim!!
I could fall in love with my PPC all over again simply by using the SolarExpress with a portable external hard drive... and beyond that the possibilities seem endless!!
Great contest... Thanks!

I would use it to attach my Axim X50v with my WD passport drive to use as a photobank!

Too many options to think about. Definitely external drive and keyboard. I could use thumb drives for simple file transfer too. This is a great product and even better contest.

Where do I start? I could use it to connect a USB mouse, portable drive, keyboard, camera, and use it to sync with my PC! I've already looked up the possibilities, and they are endless!

Cool contest!

I currently don't have USB keyboard but if I got that CF USB host I would definitely buy one.

It might bring my X51V out of storage ...

I'd use it wisely

USB CF card

Like so many have said before me. I could easily add an external HD for storage and file transfers. What a great product.

I would use one of these cards to access USB Mass Storage Devices, particularly since most people don't take the SD-or-CF-card+USB-reader route.

Also of interest would be USB input devices such as keyboards, mice, and gamepads.

Solar CF Card

I use my Axim X51 for amateur radio encoding and decoding of digital communications modes running the Pocketdigi program from SourceForge. The USB/CF card would be very useful for interconnection to radios. Thanks for a great forum site which has been a font of information for me about the can-tankerous little Axim.............................................. 73s,Carlon

Cool

It seems like everything connects through usb now. It would be great to be able to connect usb drives, cameras, keyboards, mice - who knows - maybe even a printer to my axim x51v.
