Talk about options! I can see a direct hook up to the external hard drive for storage! Even simple file transfers using a thumb drive. Heck, you could even hook up the external DVD drive to access files archived to disk.

I would hook that puppy up to a hub and use an external hard drive for streaming music to my bluetooth headphones and I would probably play some movies from that disk drive so I could watch them in the evening without keeping the whole household awake listening to them with me.

I would also add a keyboard so I could type on my pda a bit easier...

Definitely connect to an external hard drive to be able to access pics, store backups, etc. What a bonus that would be. Awesome contest!

Wow - where do I start. External hard drive, an external DVD, thumb drives. Archiving and transferring files would be easy. With this I can almost duplicate what I can do with my PC. With camera capability coming later on this will make my X50 last a lot longer than I expected.

I would use this to access an external drive to manage a picture library on-the-fly

I'd use it to connect to my USB drives for file transfer while at work or connect to my external HD as well.

Wow, this thing is cool.
I'd use it for backing up the card, as well as transferring music and pictures!

I would use this to transfer files back and forth between my Axim X51 and my USB Thumb Drive.

Great contest :)

Expaning the versatility of the Axim, while decreasing the need of the desktop PC more and more.
