If you’re like me, you might well be melancholic about not winning one of the HP HDX Dragon supercalifragilisticexpialidocious laptops from participating sites in the 31 Days of the Dragon sweeps from last month, but never fear! I’ve got a couple of gently-used dragon-titled devices, namely Callpod Dragon Bluetooth headsets that I’m going to give away to two lucky (and hopefully funny) winners. One day, in heaven, God told St. Michael the Archangel to go to the Pearly Gates, and assist St. Peter with a particularly large backlog of heavenly newcomers. Michael flew over immediately and asked St. Peter how he could help.

"Just do what I do," Peter replied. As people came forward to enter their heavenly reward, Peter said to them, "Welcome to Heaven, where everyone knows your name, and every hair on your head is counted." He had each person sign a big book, and then he escorted them to a huge display case where they could pick out a free, high-powered smartphone/PDA of their choice.

After letting a few people in, St. Peter said, "There. It's that easy. Any questions?"

St. Michael replied, "Just one. If this is the place where 'everybody knows their name,' why do they have to sign the book?"

"Ah," said St. Peter with a grin, "That's where they sign every hair on their head over to AT&T."
