Someone over at PPC-Welt Community has released a free program called that adds some customization options to the HTC Touch Diamond by allowing a user to rearrange the TouchFLO 3D tabs. The free application is called Diamond TF3D Config. I've not used the Diamond yet, but I understand there there is little or no customization options for this built in, so this application is filling a need for customization.
