If you live in one of the states that recently passed a law where you could no longer talk on your phone while driving unless you are hands free, the smart thing to do is just obey the law. Right? Well, if you aren't going to do the "smart thing", you can grab a discount after you are caught and decide maybe you should do the "smart thing". A couple headset makers are offering discounts to those of you that don't do the "smart thing".
