htc is amazing
ok so about 3 years ago when i was 17 i bought a cingular htc 8125. this phone was great! 2 years in the screen cracked :(. I bought a new screen on ebay and successfully took apart my phone and installed it! however about two months later it died completely. So, i bought an att htc tilt. This phone is absolutely great!! My best friend just got an htc touch diamond and it is so sweet. I am very jealous but unfortunitly i dont have the money to upgrade right now. But as soon as i do i am getting an att htc fuze!!

About my gadgets
So, I started off as an Axim X5 Advanced user and have been reading aximsite and mobilitysite ever since. Since then I moved on to an Axim X51v, an iPod Touch (that almost counts as a PDA, right?) and an HTC Juno (T-Mobile Shadow).
Love the site, love the forums. Long time lurker, first time poster (amazing how contests do that).

Can't decide... SAVE ME!
I've been debating whether to upgrade from my 8525 to a Fuze. I'd love a smaller, sexier brick but money is tight as I'm sure is the case for many. THe 8525 has served me well for the last year or so but it's definitely showing its age. Please save my brain from hurting by generously considering me for the contest, thanks!

It all started with HP...
My first PDA was an HP iPaq 5450. At the time I thought it was awesome, despite it's many flaws. (I still use it as a PMP). I'm looking to integrate, however. Smartphone time! I would love a Tilt.

...history
My entire 'Smartphone' history can be summed up thusly:
I bought an iPhone 3G. I love it. It's fun, but it only recently became a useful work device for me when I downloaded the RDP app. I can actually do some editing on documents while away from the office.
I still sometimes feel like it's more toy than practical and I wonder if I would do it over again if I had the option.

Anyone ever heard of the Xircom Rex 5000? It is a PCMCIA PDA. That was my first. Followed with the Axim X5 which I still have and use :)
The Fuze will be my first smartphone.

-It all started with a casio BE300. (lots of potential, barely any apps, lots of fun time hacking)
-Then Audiovox Maestro, finally enought ram to run apps, and a real Pocket PC !
-Dell x50v the pinacle of PDAs
I guess a logical progression would be a fuze ?!? :)

My smartphone history only consists of owning one WinMo smartphone. However I have been interested for many years and never had a need until a couple of years back. For awhile I considered purchasing a RIM's Blackberry 7100t but opted to stay with a dumbphone.
I finally took the step two years later with my purchase of a Shadow (HTC Juno). Although I have been fond of its overall size, I do wish I had a full qwerty keypad and more processing power. With the acquisition of a Fuze, I would be able to have both of those two features.

Started with a Dell Axim x30 (yea, ahem) anyway what got my smartphone history off and running was trying to find my friend a cool phone with e-mail and internet capability. I got her a HTC (AT&T) 8125 and me an 8525 for work in 2006 and used it for everything un-work related. Then I moved to an HTC Touch in 2007.
Thereafter I was hooked on keeping up with the PDA/Smartphone "Joneses" and after seeing a friend's, got a HTC s710. I kept that for work too but then started playing with an LG viewty, the touch screen vs. stylus sucked and wasn't really the kind of "smartphone" I was used to so I moved on to the Samsung SGH-F400 shortly thereafter. After all that I found myself back with a tilt. Funny thing is I've never owned a blackberry.

My first PDA was an IPAQ 4150 I got in college which was great for taking notes and not having to lug a laptop around campus. I sold it shortly after I graduated and moved onto my first PDA phone which was a Treo 650. From there I got my first taste of windows mobile and got a Motorola Q. From the Q I went to "dumb" phones for a while until I picked up an iPhone 2g. Upgraded from there to the iPhone 3g which I just recently sold and returned back to windows mobile by picking up a Sony Ericcson Xperia X1 which I am currently using.
