Oh boy, I would have to say SPB Weather. It looks simple and elegant on the Today screen. At the same time, it has all the functionality I need: multiple location, accurate forecasts, etc.

my favorite spb app is spb traveller. it's one the best travel app i've found. it has up-to-date currency rates, city times, unit conversions, flight records, time converter, animated globe, and one and one.
Self professed SPB fanboy here, 4 out of 5 apps I install after a hard reset to actually have a functional Axim are from SPB. Firstly Mobile Shell, then Pocket Plus which I place in a tab in mobile shell, SPB Backup in another tab in mobile shell. And recently I reviewed SPB keyboard, it is the best SIP around for winddows mobile, the only truly finger friendly keyboard for windows mobile that I've found. I'm also liking SPB Online at the moment as well, especially the streaming radio!
spb pocket plus has been a mainstay of mine through three versions.
I use it all the time as a today screen launcher, and I have it for the true Close App with the X, program switching, and PIE enhancements. Awesome!
SPB Pocket Plus is a mainstay, and there have been others, too, which make the PPC hardware truly functional. There are Winmo software companies who continue to upgrade and polish their software and make my device totally unreplaceable -- this is one.

I love using mobile shell. I really like the information that is presented when you turn on your phone. right away you can see all of your messages and upcoming meetings.
It also provides access to large amounts of other information and applications on my phone. I also like how well their programs operate together.
My favorite is SPB Finance. Why? Because, while I think that SPB's Today plug-in is one of the coolest ones around, I decided that I don't end up usoing the today plug-ins all that much - any of them.
What sets SPB Finance apart from other pocket money management software is its flexiblity, speed and power. It's the only pocket checkbook I've ever used that never skips a beat even though I synchronize my entire desktop Microsoft Money file to the handheld (over 2200 entries just for the checkbook register!)...and it opens faster than the iPAQ 211 turns on: instantly! It's also nice to know that if I ever decide to switch to Quicken that I won't have to buy another program to synchronize with the desktop.
The other thing I like (which isn't unique to SPB Finance, per se, but it critical all the same is the amazingly personal and responsive Technical Support staff that SPB has working for them. I don't always get an answer that I want to hear, but I always get an answer.

2. iPAQ 3150
I first used Pocket Plus and loved the program. I have been using Mobile Shell for many months and it works so well and the interface is so good that I have decided not to upgrade to to windows mobile 6.1. I have seen the 6.1 interface on others who also use the Tilt, but I like mobile shell better.
I use both PocketPlus & Backup. It's hard to say which I like the most. Backup is used daily and has saved me a number of times. PocketPlus makes it easy for me to get to the programs I use the most and configured for my needs.

SPB Backup has to be one of my favorite backup programs out there. I use others, but none are like SPB Backup. It's extremely simple to use! I've always liked the application, and I always will!
