Given the nightmarish problems AS 3.7 has been giving me over the last few weeks, I'm more than happy to be a guinea pig on this one. Just DL'd - let you know how it goes.

Well the install was fine. A brief (90 seconds) pause at 92 percent. That's the good news.
The bad is that after docking and syncing (pull the Ax out of the cradle for a moment, then re-dock), I still get the same old "Attention Required" message for the Outlook items that are syncing (Calendar, Contacts, and Tasks - I disabled Inbox and Notes). I have now confirmed this four times.
My solution has become to remove the Ax from the cradle, open Task Manager and use End Process to kill WCESMgr.exe and wcescomm.exe, go to Start>Programs>ActiveSync, then redock. Not sure any more if it is WM2003, AS, or Outlook that has put me into this. Never had problems until about 2 weeks ago. ARGH
Just downloaded and installed. I experienced the same lag at 92%, but it works great! Hopefully it'll clear up the random, occasional disconnects w/2003, but we'll see. :)
