I have been the two stores that are close to me, and comp-usa isn't for real yet. Everything that is pf any real value is marked 10% off of what must be the list price. So while there is a discount, stuff winds up being pretty much the same price as it is at other such stores.
If you need 10,000 blank CD's or if you can find something that is out of date, like PDA accessories you might find something that is discounted enough to make it and impulse buy.
Now, I am going to check out the store by me, ounce a week or so. I asked several of the clerks in the store, when the store should be closing for good and they said they really didnt know, but 2-3 months time, is probably a good window to be looking at.
It is my thought that ounce comp-usa realizes that stuff isn't moving because the people that would run in and buy up stuff are smart enough, to know what the stuff really cost and that it really isn't discounted, that they will start offering some, let's get this stuff sold discounts.
