I am going through some thoughts on how to move into the future with the sites and I would love to have some input from our readers. I have been beating myself over this for quite some time and its time to move forward with something. Since the Dell Axim is going away, it's time to look to the future. I have been trying to grow
Mobilitysite.com as the future for Aximsite for quite some time, but my plan has become too difficult for me. My plan was to merge the forums, but let the individual sites operate independently still, just using the same user database, posts, etc. Over the last 6 months, I have spent 100's of hours trying to make this work. I have enlisted the help of some "real" programmers to make this a reality too but they haven't had much luck either. I have a 4th person looking into some ideas to make it work too, but his ideas have me maintaining two databases still. Please take a moment to read these threads and comment as you see fit.
This is not something I will decide over night and all the input from the communities will be weighed and considered. Thanks for being part of my sites and I hope we can move forward with the best goals to meet the needs of all the users.
