CNET Asia posted a story today aboutE-Ten offering Windows Mobile 6 upgrades butthere will be NONE comingfor those loyal HP users. It looks like all of the faithful that got their hands on the iPaq hw6900, rw6800, rx4000 and rx5000 series of handhelds will have to keep using them with the old Windows Mobile 5.

Why? CNET Asiasaid HP cited "the potential for long delays, as well as possible carry-over costs" to its customers as reasons for this decision.

Yeah, I really believe that ... too bad!

Very sad news indeed. Yet another hole that they have decided that they need to punch in the hull of their own ship.

My next device will be either an ETEN or an HTC, because I can't stand HP anymore.
