This is a terrific TIP from Josh Einstien via Blog:: Craig Pringleon How to select multiple emails in Microsoft Outlook This tip will show youhow to multiselect emails inOutlook 2007 without using the shift key.As you move the cursor to the left you will notice that itswitches directions. When it switches,you can multi-select emails without having to use the Shift key....very cool!

1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007 in normal view mode
2. Move cursor position to the left side of the mail envelope and the right side of the divider, and the cursor direction switches to point to the right.
3. Now, drag the pen or mouseposition down et voila! you can select multiple emails.

You could also just select the first email and scroll down to the last one you want selected, hold ctrl and shift and then click, highlights them all. Or just ctrl and click on all the ones you want highlighted, allows for gaps on un-highlighted ones, these shortcuts work in pretty much every program.
