I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years, but today was finally the straw that broke the camel's back. Our family has been T-Mobile customers for many years, since it was Voicestream. My current phone isa T-Mobile DASH smartphone that I use in my work, and email access is important to me. I don't surf the net, I just need to check my email. The T-Zones/T-Mobile Web package is a great deal for me at $5.99/month. When I am out of cell coverage, I can check via the Internet using the My T-Mobile website to update, read and send email. Today started out as usual. But when I went to check email via My T-Mobile at my office, I was not able to access my mail boxes. That was the start of a long, downward spiral.
