This would be perfect for me.:) I am a consultant in diagnostic imaging. This would be of great help in keeping track of my milage and expense. I currently use CarFact to keep tarck of milage and a spred sheet for expenses. With this program I would only have to use one. TO COOL!!:D
I am currently using a couple of other Two Peaks applications (Personal Vehicle Manager & FlexWallet), and I am quite pleased with both. As an solo-practitioner attorney, keeping track of my billable hours is always a challenge. I have been looking for the "right" product to try this on with my X3i. From the looks of it, Billrate is that program!
I would love to get a copy! I work as a technical consultant and my whole day is spent working with our clients on the phone and in-person. My manager is always on my case to track my time and I hate using the Exel spreadheet that we currently have. This program may be just what I am looking for. I used TimeBiller previously but it was not stable and would freeze my PPC sometimes and I would loose data. Also I love the sync capabilities with the desktop! :-)
I would definetly use this application since I am a self employed Management Consultant and I use a Windows only application called Time Tiger to track time and invoices. I need to have this running on my PPC so when I am at the clients I can tell how much more time to waste there in order to make my bills for the month.. :D
I could really use this! I am currently doing some evaluation and consulting work for a large foundation, and, honestly, I do not always keep an accurate account of little billables, like travel. This would give me an easy format for tracking my time on this project!
I'm an independent software consultant currently using pencil and paper (shame on me) to track billable time. Not only do I need this so I can better utilize my Axim; but, I need this to prove to my wife that I do indeed work.
For now I am using Ilium's ListPro for tracking my work. But this looks so much easier to use. Easier to go back and review previous entries. In all that means either more time to spend on the projects or more time off.

This app would be a nice fit for me for several reasons. On the side I do technical consulting for three major companies in my area. I do alot of travelling based on consulting. Quite often my consultation is onsite at the client and having a way to track expenses, mileage and billable time on the go would be very helpful. I am also a technical project consultant at my current job as well as a system admin and a programmer. I support a brokerage firm requiring me to were many hats. This firm also has satellite offices so travel is a must for me. The firm is a subsidiary of a larger company that I work for so all of the work that I do for them is billable. Since I am on the go quite often being able to track all of this information on my PPC would be a plus.
I'm a graphic designer/web developer and live by my billable time. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) my life is on my Pocket PC. If it's not on there...it may as well not exist. Since converting to the Pocket PC from Palm, I have been looking for a good time tracking and billable tracking software. I thought...Sure this would be easy to find. Boy was I wrong.
After searching and searching, I gave up and began using a convoluted Excel tracking sheet. Needless to say, using Excel on a Pocket PC is not an exercise in data management, but in sanity management.
I tried...I really did. I tried to stay up to date on this Excel sheet, but it was just too difficult. Power up the Axim. Power up landscape software to switch to landscape mode (I mean really, is it even worth trying to use Excel in portrait mode?). Axim soft resets to switch to landscape. Start up Excel. Load the spreadsheet. Scroll right to enter my time and description. Ooops. Entered it into the wrong row because I couldn't see the far left column after scrolling. Delete information. Re-scroll all the way to the right. Enter information. Check my totals. Oh no...my macros aren't working! My time is all off. Phone rings. Need to check calendar and appointments as well as access another software that doesn't work in landscape. Axim soft resets to switch back to portrait. Something goes horribly wrong....Axim hard reset! Everything is gone...everything! All my time, my contacts...my life.
Now I can't do my taxes correctly. I will be audited. My wife leaves me. My dog won't look at me...
Needless to say...This could all be avoided with this fantastic software...

This software would be excelent to organize my computer consulting that I do during my free time. It would be specially good to keep track of the time that I work with each client.
This software would be great for me. In my current position I can use it to track my hourly time sheets, and I am a Journalism student and will be needing something like this shortly to track travel costs and other expenses related to my reporting duties.
I could really usesomething like this. I run a public accounting firm and it would be nice to have something to track time spent at clients officss and mileageto and from their locations, and be able to sync that back to my desktop.
I'm freelancer in Telecommunication Industry (Consultancy) and found this program is suit for me to track my bill and claim to my client..and the good is it have sync to my laptop
