I bollixed up two orders and somehow didn't get them included in the offer. Wing and their customer service department fixed it up immediately. I mean, I sent the email expalining the situation to Boxwave explaining the situation and received an "All is well - we'll take care of you" email back - with all the right details - in three minutes!! Unbelievable!!
