I am thinking about how fun it would be to have a giant Pocket PC Social Event in a city in the US. I invision an all day event that would have food, prizes, and speakers as well as ample socializing time. Images thousands of PPC users sharing tips and stories in person in the same place?

'If you build it (Event); they'll come!' I hope it materializes! Once started, that could even become an annual festivity possibly with varying venue (theme/hosts/sponsors) each year.

im in..sounds great to me. but instead of just 1 day,make it a weekend thing for friday and sat. so people have time to get there,rest a bit(if flying from out of state) then go for a bit friday and have all day saturday to have fun! maybe do some door prizes and contest for stuff like..best picture drawn on your ppc..or best looking today screen or something...or most programs stacked on your ppc...?? i dont know im reachin now.

It could be a joint effort of aximsite and some other sites like this one!
A broader base would give a bigger turnout (and more sponsors).
