Right, I may be a newbie to this site and to my axim, but I still think that my Axim deserves to be pimped, however, it looks as though there is tough competition.
I got my nice shiny Axim X3i for Christmas last year, after my previous PDA (NEC MobilePro P300, not much of a loss anyway) was stolen. Everyday it travels to school with me in my pocket, it's only protection being a Dell Leather Case. While this does the job, it doesn't offer as much protection as an Aluminium case. When I'm at school, my Axim attempts to keep me organised, telling me what and where my next lesson is, and whether I was meant to have done homework for it. Obviously, the standard Pocket Outlook tools don't do a good enough job, as homework sometimes ends up not getting done, and I occasionally turn up late. Therefore, my Axim needs to be pimped up with Agenda Fusion, as it will definately keep me more organised.
Not being totally organised also causes other problems. Sometimes, halfway through the school day, I go to power up my Axim, and discover that there is no battery remaining as I had forgotten to charge it the night before. The Little Sync cable and Power bundle would come in very handy here, so I could charge my Axim from my laptop, or if I'm feeling too lazy to turn that on, from the AC socket, or finally, if someone has already nabbed all the AC sockets, from the AA adaptor. The $25 Handango voucher could also be put to use here to invest in Battery Pack, and remind me to charge more often
Being a teenage male at school, and also feeling very stereotypical at the moment, if thats a word, my hand writing is appaling. It normally takes at least three attempts to enter a word properly, perhaps thats why I turn up to the wrong lessons. The tengo software looks to be the ideal software to solve this, and looks similar to the T9 text input on mobile phones, which is good.
The Resco Media Suite and the other games also seem to be just the things I need. The perfect things to pass time on the school bus, or to use instead of doing homework. Right, I think that covers everything, apart from the WriteShield Screen Protectors, which will be essential to keep the screen of my maybe soon to be pimped up axim safe.
One last note, I would save up and go and buy these things myself, but I live in Singapore so international shipping is expensive, and the Pocket Outlook programs forgot to remind me when the walk in interviews for several jobs were. Good Luck everyone
Chris
