'If you’ve ever watched Star Trek, you’ve seen the “Universal Translator”—a magical device that makes it so everyone, including aliens from far off galaxies, speak in English. While this may seem the work of science fiction writers, today on the Pocket PC, such programs are closer than you may think'. OK, so your average Pocket PC user may not actually have the need to converse with aliens on a regular basis, but we do have the need to talk to foreigners and that's really where Ectaco's Partner Voice Translator aims to make things a whole lot easier.
