Remember this contest? Well, Tonight I finally selected the winner. Being that my mind is on baseball lately (Can you tell by the new ranks?) and I had a debate today about Roids and Homerun hitters, I chose the number 62. 62 is the number that Big Mac has to achieve to surpass Maris' long standing homerun record for most in a single season. After breaking Roger Maris' home-run record on Tuesday, September 8th, Mark McGwire hit eight more over eighteen additional games for a total of 70 home runs, a new single-season home run record. His mark has been surpassed by Bonds now. Can anyone not on the juice hit 74? What did he win?

I just came back from cooperstown ny and had the thrill Of watching my IO year old sons expressions as he walked the hall with me. It was a dream Come true For both of us. that being said ,the area of the hall that showed the records was stained. The records of the modern marvels Bonds and Mac etc. should have an astersk next to them. It made the Hall look cheap. Too bad because even my Son understood he was being ripped Off.

Wow, after the completely crappy summer I have had (trying to find work), this is a blessing!! Now I can say I won a contest, and a cool one at that... Can't wait to play!!
