With the need for a mobile version of the site constantly being requested and me putting it off and off again - I finally took a serious 1st step. I spent all night working it up and it is fairly limited as far as the forums are concerned, but here it is. Click Here - I havent figured a way to allow to post, but the entire archive is at your pda stylus tips here.
Post Comments if you so desire.

That's weird...i can view it fine when following the link from my desktop pc. However, I added it to my MOBLE FAVORITES and it displays as a bunch of gobblygook on my Axim when viewing off-line. Anyone else experience this?
update - I just tried to access it using my wi-fi card and it comes up clean. I guess it's just a problem with using it for off-line viewing.
BTW, the mobile version will be a great enhancement to this site!
Thanks for the Mobile Version!. I try to keep up on the tips while on my PPC, yet I have one request. When I log in, it would help if the link to the "Mobile" version were right up front. It takes a little Scrolling to get where the "World Is Right" Heh, Heh.
Keep up the good work. LaSmooz
Congratuation on the new addition. Spoil him rotten, they grow up so fast!!!!

Great Work Chris! I used iSilo to download the New Products forum, It works great, one request to save download time, how about limiting to posts that have been active in the last 2 weeks or so?
When you have time of course! :)

Like you stated and most know, When I have time.... hehe - I will look into it.
BTW - The posting is looking grim... I may have to approach it as the hack was intended, An Archive. One solution I am toying with is create a basic text layout (formated to autosize and quite possibly allowing all the width to be read @ 240px) and let the user choose the layout in the control panel. The main trouble with that is advertising. As everyone probaly knows, donations are GREAT, but they do not cover the costs of operating a site alone. We are doing good with advertising and have a few contracts in place allowing the site to operate well. If I make a version that would be able to fit on a PDA, then I would have to nix the ads. ( The current advertisers would probaly have a problem with that).... Grrr.... The perils of being a small time webbie with a good site.
Anyhow.... Continue to enjoy and watch progress in process....
