I used version 4, and helped beta test version 5. This software allows your field sales to update their PPCs and then send in the data. A sales manager can track sales and closing rations by salesperson.

All you IT guys wonder how you get some respect? Well here is an example. Using this system makes MONEY for your company, and it is 1/5 the cost of ACT!, and in my opinion does a better job.

Does this program allow you to write follow up letters, quotes and other letters that are in template form? If my company comes out with a new product that would be perfect for only a certain class of my customers, I want to be able to do a mass mail to them but have it be personalized with their name, address etc. I wouldn't want it to go to customers who are not in that category, for ex.

How else does it compare to Act!. I know that Act! on the ppc is invisible, as you just enter stuff in the calendar and contacts. I want a specific user interface, and it seems like this product has it. Does it sync well?
