Ya got a full house. Seems like the guy across from you is bluffing a royal flush. Does he have it? His steely eyes and stone face don't tell you anything. Do you fold or loose it all? You can find out in a new game from RealDice.com called No-Limit Texas Hold'em for pocket pc. Seems like you'll always have someone to play against . . . the game sports 29 possible players in single player mode or use bluetooth for games against friends or your favorite bookie!
There is a free trial download. The game can be purchased for $14.95.
Looks pretty good. I'll have to give this one a shot sometime. AI makes all the difference on poker games, so I hope it's up to my expectations.

I just played it and it definately looks nice. I was kinda disappointed that it didn't take up the whole 480x640 screen in "true vga" but at least its playable unlike other games.

Most of the graphics look good, although the cards themselves are definitely QVGA res only, as are the text titles. I'd describe this as "half" VGA optimized.... Need more time to evaluate the AI.

I just tried the RealDice version is I'm not impressed. The speed is not fast enough and you can't use the D-pad (you have to tap the buttons on the screen). It is also hard to tell what the other players are doing. Birdsoft allows you to see which player has raised and by how much. Real Dice does not do that. During game play, the Menu will switch between Menu and All-in. I have accidentally tapped All-in several times when I really wanted to get to the menu.

Multiplayer Championship Poker - A note from the Developers
We are happy people are discussing our game.
I encourage you to give it a try, as you will find the AI far superior to the other products. Additionally, this is the only PDA Poker game to support Bluetooth multiplayer.
There is currently an issue with Landscape view on Pocket PC which is being corrected. A newer version will be available shortly that will correct the current bug, and provide FULL VGA support for enabled devices.
Users who purchase the product will recieve a free upgrade when the new version is released.
We are happy to hear from our customers, so please send any feedback to feedback@realdice.com and tell us how to make the game better.
Being registered, it's nice to play the tournament mode, which BirdSoft is missing. Also, the strategy guide for intermediate and advance gives a lot more information.
Anyone else try the birdsoft or this version now that some time has passed? Are your opinions different? I'd like some advice on which to buy.
Thanks,
Steve
