20% Discount on Solterra!

The developers over at Blacksmith Studios have offered up a 20% discount on Solterra - the only game available that takes advantage of the Intel 2700g in the Axim X50v. The coupon code is CPN8646176480 and is good till 4/1/05. :approve:

The game costs $24.95 and is available for download here from Blacksmith Studios. There is a demo version which can be downloaded to main memory, BIS, or a memory card. Axim X50v owners - you owe it to yourself to try this out! It looks awesome and is constantly being worked on.

I'm sorry, but this game just isn't worth any more than $5 in it's current state. The replies to the last news post announcing it's sale and demo show that others think the same.

Um. Not the only game. My x50v came with two games. A racing game and that strange drip game. Both use the 2700g.

You are right kindof: but the strange drip game doesn't really make use of the 2700g graphic chip; and stuntcar is a pared down version of the commercial release which is really mean i think!

So solterra is a knd of first, even if its ordinary.
