Nope ... Sorry, just implemented. If and WHEN I have some sort of contest, I will make a screen shot and the referalls will count from the annouced time on. This contest if and WHEN it happens will not be for a few weeks at least though....

Btw, what is it with people in the U.S. claiming that they´re americans? Aren't the Canadians americans too? And what about the mexicans, puerto ricans, Argentinians and Brazillian?

Sweden is in the program, I am not real sure what gives the program the country. I am guessing it's the IP Address. If this is the case, maybe your isp is not based in sweden?
