Is super-imposing a screenshot on the axim screen of the picture allowed so that is more easily viewed?

OK, here are a couple of mine from my drive down the coast. Had some time to kill today so I figured I might as well do something useful.

Image size reduced to decrease file size. I have originals if needed.

Picture 1 (the crab decided to come play with the d-pad)
Picture 2 (I will never be setting my Axim that close to a cliff again)
Picture 3 (had to time this one right to keep from getting hit by a wave)

I am curious about this as well. I do not see it posted how the winner is determined. Drawing or to be Judged by someone?
