For Monocube: will Safemode run on Pocket PC 2002? I have an older pda that doesn't have enough ROM for Pocket PC 2003 so that one is limited to Pocket PC 2002.
Unfortunately it won't run on PocketPC 2002, because that one doesn't have Services :(
Updated SafeMode to 0.65. I've changed the default safemode sound with Voicbeep.wav; or you can just place a safemode.wav in your Windows folder. Also, SafeMode is unloaded from memory on normal startups, after 3 seconds.
I hope it works for you ;)
just a request, though: is it possible to have an option to remove the sound during the reset phase?
i know that some people have suggested for this, but i would bet some people who resets quite a lot (like me), would rather have something quiet... to illustrate an example: you're on the subway commute, and while checking your schedule, or whatever, there was an involuntary reset - i just wouldnt like to offend those near me with the Axim's strong BEEP...
an option would do... or maybe, create a zero second safemode.wav file?
thanks!!!

Hi guys, I've just finished SafeMode 1.0beta. I've sent it already to some users on my website for feedback and tracking bugs. Once the beta testing is finish, I will publish it shortly.
Good news! SafeMode for PocketPC 2 (for Windows Mobile 2003 / 2003 SE / 5) is now in private beta. If you would like to participate in the beta testing program, please drop me an e-mail at monocube@monocube.com.
Please specify the Pocket PC device type you own (manufacturer, model, and Windows Mobile version) - I will select as many people as I can, so beta testing will cover a larger range of models.
A little warning though: since SafeMode is still in beta, there is a good chance it will have some bugs, or not function properly.
