From what I have found on the web their previous models get good reviews...also found a nice all in one car mount with built in speakers as well as a built in charger for my Axim(note:you can specify what PPC you have and order that specific one) on the same website,http://www.buygpsnow.com/category.aspx?categoryID=18 so that would eliminate keeping my axim at full charge and allow me to hear the directions clearly... price is around 35 bucks..I am very seriously considering ordering this GPS system and with the discount my choice almost certain....
I already ordered mine. It's not available until July 8, so I'm not expecting it to arrive until July 11 or 12. Just a week of waiting. They also include a free Destinator 3 demo and a car vent mount. I need a powered car mount because I ordered a bluetooth version. Anyone knows any place to get a good car mount that powers this particular bluetooth GPS AND the Dell Axim X50 that doesn't cost a lot?
The 303III looks promising as it's got a multitude of connectivity options. I can use it with either my x50v or my x5, or with either of my laptops using USB or my PCMCIA/CF adapter.
Great find!

I bought the HI-401BT plus HI-303MMF combo last year. OK unit, but takes far too long to acquire Sats at times. Once acquired though, I've never lost signal. I wonder if the 303III cf GPS is compatible with the 401BT. I already got the the new Holux 236 which is a fantastic GPS unit. Acquisition is instant. I was going to give my last year combo to a friend and wanted to recommend using the newer SIRF III chipset. Maybe Joe can tell us if we can use our older 401 bluetooth slipper with the newer 303 SIRF III CF unit?
We have asked this question to HAiCOM and once we have the answer, we will let you guys know using this topic. Thanks.
