Chris, I'll tell you what, we'll take some of the wind and a lot of the rain off your hands. Not like we need the rain, but at least we're used to it. And I don't live in a low-lying area, so flooding won't affect me personally.

I moved out of there in 96, right when the olympics where going on in atl(now resident of). I dont really remember it being that big but since I moved I heard the whole(Destin, Niceville, Valpariso, Fort Walton, Fort Walton Beach,...) area has been booming.
